Paul Giovannetti
Cofounder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Commercial Alliance Group, Inc.
Mr. Giovannetti's career in the real estate development industry began in 1974 when he joined a Miami, Florida
based publicly held, diversified real estate development and financial services firm. While there, he managed title
company operations, directed compliance in the areas of the interstate sale of the company’s real estate development
product and its private placement offerings, and managed the company's relationships with its lenders. In 1980, Mr. Giovannetti
began his entrepreneurial career in real estate development and finance. In the following years, Mr. Giovannetti has
been the founder of several real estate development advisory and financial services firms which provided business,
financial, and strategic planning and debt and equity capital placement services. Mr. Giovannetti has financed projects
in several states of the United States with an emphasis in the Southwest and Southeast Florida coastal counties. Mr. Giovannetti's
firms have specialized in financing high end, luxury waterfront projects on barrier islands in the resort markets of Florida.
In addition, his companies have financed commercial real estate development and his consulting and development teams have
designed and permitted award winning projects. During Mr. Giovannetti's entrepreneurial career, billions of dollars of project
budgets planned through his firms have been funded. He is a Florida licensed mortgage broker and real estate broker with more than
30 years of experience in structuring real estate transactions, real estate development, sales, land use planning, and regulatory
consultation. He has developed long term, successful relationships with local and regional banks and individual
and institutional investors.
Scott Colon
Vice President of Commercial Alliance Group, Inc.
In this position, Mr. Colon manages the company's financial planning department. The company's financial planning department is
responsible for underwriting, financial modeling for proposed transaction structures and securitizations, and preparation
of credit requests. The Company's Financial Planning Department is responsible for servicing, reporting and distribution
to the company's investors. Mr. Colon graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of
Florida in 2003, and received a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 2005. In 2001, Mr. Colon
began a professional association with Mr. Giovannetti as a financial planner. Between February 2003 and October 2005, Mr. Colon
was the Director of Financial Analysis for Commercial Capital Resources, LLC, one of the companies founded by Mr. Giovannetti.
In October, 2005, following his departure from Commercial Capital Resources, Mr. Colon co-founded Commercial Alliance Group
together with Mr. Giovannetti.
